You can use all of the rides with one ticket, without any limitation (not including the iskate). 

The Luna Park is owned by Entertainment Town Ltd. (Ir Hasha'ashuim), the leading and biggest company in Israel in the field of amusement parks, which also owns the Superland, the Meymadion, the Zapari bird park and iskate.
